When these two first booked me as their photographer during their Hawai’i vacation, it was not for a proposal or engagement… it was just a causal photoshoot to commemorate their visit and to have some updated pictures of themselves.

One hour before we met up, the boyfriend had texted me separately to let me know he was wanting to propose to her during our shoot… I was ECSTATIC to hear this and immediately gave him the game plan. I told him I would go about the photoshoot normally and then half way through, I would tell her to turn her back to me as I would signal to him to get on his knee.

We did exactly that and boom- she said YES. Tears were shed, laughs and even some screams of excitement! I am so happy I was able to be apart of such a special moment for these two!
